Skilled Volunteer Project Description:

• Aid in donor engagement, proposal development, storytelling, and diversifying income streams through social enterprise ventures, including expanding their agro-tourism site, farm-to-table experiences, and value-added agricultural products like sweet pepper powders and chutneys.

• Provide guidance on grant strategy, donor mapping, brand positioning, and presentation of metrics—especially in how to tell their story powerfully and persuasively to various types of funders.

• Training in how to cultivate long-term donor relationships, run successful online fundraising campaigns, and use storytelling and digital content to attract values-aligned supporters who care deeply about youth, sustainability, and gender equity.

• Assistance in building a robust, well-branded fundraising model that leverages their impact and storytelling to attract local and international partners, sustain their programs, and expand their reach in vulnerable communities. This includes:

  • Review and co-develop grant proposals that speak to their unique model and voice.

  • Create a compelling fundraising toolkit with pitch decks, donor briefs, and brand storytelling assets.

  • Coach them through building donor pipelines, from identifying opportunities to follow-up systems.

  • Support them in creating a donor engagement calendar and systems for nurturing relationships.

  • Help them position their revenue-generating farm products and agro-tourism services in a way that attracts mission-aligned social investors and partners.
