Fundraising Strategy and Systems Development: Aid in designing a comprehensive, multi-channel fundraising strategy tailored to their grassroots context. Includes:
Identifying potential international and local donors (individuals, foundations, CSR partners)
Setting up effective donor segmentation and cultivation strategies
Building a donor database and donor journey process
Grant Readiness and Proposal Development: Help to become "grant-ready" and competitive for both local and international grant opportunities. Includes:
Reviewing and strengthening their grant proposal templates
Helping package their impact data, reports, and budgets
