Organization Description:

Limitless Horizons Ixil is an organization who believes that education is the cornerstone of creating a brighter future, both for the individual and for the community. In supporting academic and personal development and cultivating literacy skills, they pave the way towards a future of limitless opportunities and broad new horizons for the Ixil community of Chajul. They focus on opening educational opportunities for Chajul’s youth, the future leaders in their community. To do this, they also engage family members so that children are supported at home and families also have opportunities to learn and grow. Their programs consist of a youth development program with a supplemental artisan program, as well as Chajul’s only community library.
