Young Achievement Sports for Development (YASD) is an organization with a purpose to transform communities through the power of sport. Their work is driven by a homegrown solution to the social problems faced by youth in marginalized places where a lack of opportunity for young people can lead to risky behaviors. They use sport not just as an activity, but as a safe space and a classroom to discuss issues like gender inequalities, economic inclusion, gender based violence, sexual and reproductive health rights and life skills.

Strategic Planning: Developing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, including but not limited to identifying new funding streams and creating a clear fundraising calendar
Storytelling and Impact Communication: Assistance in packaging their stories for a global audience in order to develop a donor base that goes beyond a transactional relationship through cultivating and nurturing a long-lasting relationship them.
